I dream of being illustrator and concept artist. However I can't get job. I applied to several companies/was at interviews for JUNIOR positions and the answer was none or you haven't got enough experience/ we choose somebody with more experience etc. So How can I get more experience if nobody wants to hire me? I studied at 2 universities simultaneously and during that I was on 4 internships and I also work as freelancer for 2 years? I know that nobody knows me but I'm not that bad, am I? D; So my question is HOW?!

Hi :) I'm currently woking on new artwork and I need some help. What should I do to make it more realistic? What do you think of the colors? What do you generally think of it? (Remember it's still wip so I haven't added proper light and shadows) And I'm depressed D; EDIT: It's evolving but I can't finish it D; I don't have enought time and it's more difficult than I thought however I'm not going to give up. I've already spent like 5-6 hours on it? Horror. I repeat the questions above.
